You will make a direct impact by: Flat File Management (Primary Focus) Create, update, and correct listings using flat file templates for all product categories. Troubleshoot and resolve flat file upload errors and data conflicts. Build and maintain parent-child relationships using flat files. Manage flat file submissions for A+ Content, listing variations, and attribute corrections. Maintain a library of flat file templates and version control for all submissions. Work directly with Seller Support or Brand Registry to resolve catalog-level issues. Catalog & Listing Management Maintain and optimize product data for accuracy and Amazon compliance. Resolve suppressed, inactive, or stranded listings quickly and efficiently. Submit and update A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) for approved ASINs. Troubleshoot listing issues including attribute mismatches, category errors, or duplicate ASINs. Inventory & Fulfillment Monitor FBA and FBM inventory levels to ensure healthy stock and avoid out-of-stock scenarios. Create and manage FBA shipments, including labelling, prep details, and tracking. Reconcile shipment discrepancies and file reimbursement cases when appropriate. Handle stranded, unsellable, or excess inventory by creating removal or disposal orders. Coordinate replenishments with suppliers, prep centers, and warehouses. Account Health & Case Management Monitor Account Health Dashboard daily and respond promptly to alerts. Manage performance notifications, compliance requests, and appeal submissions. Open, track, and resolve cases with Seller Support regarding listing, sipment, or policy issues. Maintain thorough documentation of all case communications and outcomes. Feedback & Customer Experience Manage all customer feedback and reviews to ensure compliance with Amazon policies. Submit removal requests for non-compliant or policy-violating feedback. Respond professionally to customer inquiries within Amazon’s required timeframeReporting & Administrative Support Maintain and update detailed trackers for listings, shipments, and inventory. Generate weekly and monthly reports on catalog health, inventory flow, and case resolutions. Keep SOPs and process documentation current and well-organized. Communicate updates, issues, and process improvements proactively to management. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. Expert-level knowledge of flat file templates including creation, updates, and troubleshooting is essential. Qualifications: Proven success in resolving complex catalog issues using flat files and case escalation. Deep understanding of Amazon’s listing policies and variation structures. Strong experience with inventory management, account health maintenance, and compliance procedures. Excellent communication skills and professional correspondence with Amazon Seller Support. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including data validation, VLOOKUP, and CSV management. Preferred Skills: Experience managing both FBA and FBM operations. Familiarity with Brand Registry, listing reinstatements, and compliance submissions. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
