We become our clients' number one advocate to help them reestablish financial stability as quickly as possible.OverviewWe’re looking for a curious, data-driven Senior Analyst to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team. You’ll play a central role in building the dashboards, reports, and insights that help drive decision-making across the organization.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving business problems with data, thrives on building beautiful, functional BI tools, and isn’t afraid to dive into SQL to find the story behind the numbers.Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Sigma, Tableau). Partner with business stakeholders to define key metrics, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data for reporting and analysis. Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling visuals and summaries for business and executive audiences. Support ad hoc analysis requests to help guide decisions in areas like sales, operations, and product performance. Proactively identify areas for data quality improvements and automation to streamline recurring reporting tasks. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Sales, Product, and Marketing to support strategic priorities. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake, Redshift, or similar). Hands-on experience with at least one modern BI platform (Power BI, Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Comfortable building data models and dashboards from scratch. Excellent communication skills — you can explain data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. High attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. Bonus points for experience in financial services or fintech, especially supporting customer-facing teams like sales, operations, or product.
