With a focus innovation and diversity, we are shaping the future and making a lasting impact.Job DescriptionOperational ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (Sri Lanka & International)Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Sri Lanka and overseas markets through strategic research and networking.Develop market entry strategies for international expansion, considering cultural, regulatory, and competitive factors.Build partnerships and alliances to strengthen global presence and drive revenue growth.Prepare data-driven proposals and quotations tailored to diverse markets.Analyze global trends to support business transformation initiatives and competitive positioning.Digital Marketing & Brand StrategyFormulate and execute data-driven strategies for brand building and digital marketing.Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.Transition Management GovernanceHandle transition governance processes for marketing-related projects and ensure smooth handover between teams.Project Management SkillsCollaborate with delivery and operations teams to maintain compliance and quality standards during transitions.Market AnalyticsConduct comprehensive market research on local and international trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.Use advanced analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Python) to generate insights for market segmentation and demand forecasting.Create dashboards and reports that compare Sri Lankan market performance with global benchmarks.Client & Stakeholder EngagementParticipate in client review meetings and provide data-backed recommendations.Support account management activities with performance analytics and reporting.People Management ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support, managing client expectations in collaboration with the Delivery teams. Must be comfortable working at senior executive contact levels within the organization and outside the organization. Customer service experience - ideally in connecting players with community and supporting technology products at every level of target organizations.Performance Management ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Business Development BU scorecard, issues and initiatives.Responsible for weekly service level summary indicating major impacts to service level for prior week under Business Development functionResponsible for status updates pertaining to Business Development initiatives and service level projection. Develop and Execute Key Reports as per client request.Candidate Requirements📌2 - 4 years of professional experience with a strong focus on: ◉Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities in Sri Lanka and international markets. ◉Marketing Analytics – analyzing data to drive marketing strategies and performance. ◉Transition Governance Processes – managing smooth handovers and compliance during project transitions. ◉Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, campaign performance monitoring, and ROI optimizationExperience in the BPO industry at both local and international levels is highly desirable. Basic knowledge on RPA, Analytic tools, Productivity measuring tools, AI Tools (including ChatGPT, Bard etc.) Good Leadership, change management & analytical/problem solving skills Quick decision maker and a fast learner.Should have in depth knowledge in negotiating/Quoting prices of different work models.In depth business development /sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record against getting good campaigns & generating revenue.Relationship management - build and maintain relationships with clients, industry experts and colleagues.Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
