Senior Analyst/Associate - Investment Operations - Cash and Liquidity Management

Leveraging the power of our platform and our peerless intelligence across sectors, strategies, and geographies, we help identify the advantages and the answers our clients need to succeed.Position OverviewThe Investment Operations Senior Analyst/Associate will work on the cash and liquidity management for various investor facing funds managed by StepStone and assist in onboarding new funds to StepStone’s Private Debt Platform. The Senior Analyst/Associate will be in contact with professionals across the company and will work with different external service providers.Essential Job Functions:Run daily cash reports to assess the need for cash actions in the form of Money Market Fund (MMF) subscriptions/redemptions, FX spots/swaps, credit line draws/repayments and investor capital callsPrepare and arrange for execution of MMF subscription/redemptionsPrepare and arrange for execution of FX spots/swaps with different FX providersPrompt credit line draws/repayments and liaise with the dedicated credit line team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of requests to various credit line providersAssist on whether expiring credit line loans should be rolled or maturedAssist with the calculation of investor capital calls, prepare internal approvals and share final numbers with external administratorsAssist in the onboarding of new funds by opening bank accounts, onboarding service providers, update trackers and logsWork on enhancement of existing reports to help automate and streamline cash checksEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:For the position at hand, we seek applicants with 2–5 years work experience and a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier college or university.
