SummaryThe Senior Analyst, Client & Product Strategy Implementation, plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of strategic initiatives across client engagement, product enhancements, and operational process improvements. This role blends analytical rigor with hands-on project execution, ensuring that strategic decisions are supported by data-driven insights and that implementation activities are delivered effectively.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into tangible results.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Product Strategy SupportConduct research and analysis to support the development of client and product strategiesTranslate client needs and product requirements into structured documentation and recommendationsProduce insights that inform product enhancements, client solutions, and operational improvementsSupport the implementation of new product features, client programs, and strategic initiativesImplementation & Project SupportAssist in creating project plans, workflows, requirements documentation, and timelinesTrack initiative progress and maintain detailed project documentationPrepare presentations, dashboards, status reports, and communication materials for leadership and stakeholdersCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, Operations, Client Services, etc.) to ensure alignment on deliverablesData Analysis & Insight GenerationPerform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunitiesMeasure the effectiveness of implemented strategies through KPIs, metrics, and client feedbackBuild reports and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiencesSupport forecasting, resource planning, and performance analysis for products and client programsClient Engagement & SupportAssist in gathering client requirements, understanding pain points, and validating product improvementsSupport client communications and readiness activities for product rollouts or updatesCoordinate user acceptance testing, client feedback sessions, and post-implementation reviewsQualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Business, Management, Data Analytics, Finance, Technology, or a related field3–5 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, strategy support, client solutions, or implementation rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsWorking knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, MS Project)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into actionable insightsExperience supporting cross-functional teams and working in fast-paced environments
