Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analysing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-function environment.Play a key role in overseeing and guiding finance teams on report developments and changesTake ownership of the business and segment financial reports for country and group financial reportingPerform a bridging role between the finance and data science teamCreate reporting frameworks for new product features in financial reportsProvide solutions in extracting relevant data and information to represent the financial reporting requirement accuratelyTroubleshoot system-related issues through essential communication, walkthrough and testingDocument process workflows and business logicsManage stakeholders’ needs, concerns, and problems regarding changes, enhancements or fixesThink strategically and analytically about business, product and technical challengesEnsure the reports are delivered in time with the highest level of accuracyRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics and/or related fieldsExperience in Data Governance / Data Security is preferredAround 4-8 years of relevant working experience. Experience in project management tools (Confluence / Jira) is a plusAbility to work with a diverse team and drive changes across functional and business boundariesAbility to be comfortable with ambiguity and can self-direct work in an unstructured environmentKnowledge of SQL is a must; experience dealing with database is an advantageRobust data analytics and/or visualisation skills, preferably with Python and/or Microsoft Power BIEffective team player and passion to serveVersatile and results-oriented in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical thinking and problem solvingExcellent verbal and written communication and project management skillKeen sense of ownership, drive and determinationDependability and strong work ethicSea is an Accredited Training Organization for the Singapore CA Qualification, a Recognized Employer Partner of CPA Australia, and an Authorised Training Employer of ICAEW.
