Senior Analyst Mortgage Operations & Credit Risk (m/f/d)

We're looking for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in credit risk and mortgage operations to lead business analysis initiatives for our German residential mortgage portfolio. Your mission: ensure regulatory compliance and deliver operational improvements that make a real impact across the customer lifecycle.This position is highly collaborative you'll work with teams in Product, Underwriting, Collections & Recoveries, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to turn regulatory and risk requirements into actionable solutions. From shaping user stories to guiding implementation, you'll be at the center of change.What You'll DoDrive Change: Lead analysis for credit-risk projects and BAU enhancements, focusing on intensified and problem loan management (monitoring, arrears, forbearance, default, recovery).Translate Needs: Convert business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.Ensure Compliance: Embed MaRisk, KWG, and other regulatory standards into processes and systems, including IFRS 9 staging and forbearance reporting.Optimize Processes: Identify gaps in workflows and management information, recommend improvements, and support UAT for successful rollouts.Governance & Documentation: Facilitate workshops, maintain traceability, and prepare evidence packs for internal and external reviews.What Success Looks LikeComplete, traceable requirements for all mortgage risk initiatives.Regulatory expectations operationalized with measurable compliance.Reliable management information for risk-based decision-making.Positive assurance during audits and reviews.
