Senior Analyst of Development

Job PurposeTo analyze data, market trends, and internal performance metrics to support decision-making and drive development initiatives.Primary Responsibilities • Reporting: provide support to Development Directors on documentation. Prepare and issue development related internal / external reports, dashboards, and presentations such as project approval document, KYC, PV, etc.;• Data analysis: Collect and interpret data related to markets, competitors, financials, or operations;• Strategic Support: Assist in developing business strategies, investment plans, or expansion proposals;• Project evaluation: Assess feasibility, risks, and ROI of development projects;• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing, etc.) to align development goals;• Coordinate special events / tasks as assigned.Knowledge and Experience• Hospitality education background preferred;• Proven mastery of Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;• Familiarity with hotel performance metrics;• Understanding of real estate and hospitality development processes;• Work productively in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization. Must be flexible with changing job requirements as the team grows;• Good English command, especially in written and verbal communication skills;• Good team-working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team;• Self-motivated to manage and to prioritize multiple tasks;• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively;• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
