We support one another, make impactful contributions to the organization, and develop and nurture meaningful connections across the payment’s ecosystem!|About the roleThe Senior Analyst Procurement is responsible for leading and executing strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, procurement operations & contract Management to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services|What You’ll DoOversee the end-to-end procurement process, including verifying Purchase requisition and technical documentation, prepare commercial documentation, source qualified vendors, RFX processing, evaluation, conduct negotiation with vendors and process award recommendation.Verification of technical documents and finalizing vendor technical evaluation criteria in coordination with end user and commercial evaluation criteria’s for vendor evaluation.Ensure procurement activities are conducted in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.Lead sourcing initiatives, conduct market analysis, and identify opportunities for cost optimizationBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and high performance.Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Drive procurement best practices, standardization, and process automation.Ensure compliance with corporate governance & legal requirements.Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and provide strategic solutions.Conduct Annual procurement planning in coordination with the end user Draft, review, and manage contracts and addendums in coordination with end users and the Legal Department to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks. Develop clear and measurable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure supplier performance in coordination with end users.Ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and closeouts while maintaining accurate documentation. Act as the primary liaison between suppliers, legal, and internal stakeholders to resolve contractual issues or disputes.Should have experience in handling corporate & project procurement.Prepare and present regular procurement performance reports for management review.|Minimum QualificationsBachelor's in business management or supply chain, CIPS certification preferred 5-7 years in procurement and contract management |Technical and Behavioral SkillsSAP, oracle etc Analytical skill to understand insights from the Data Strong Negotiation Skills|What you can expect from usModern work environment with level of flexibility;Dynamic and motivated team of colleagues working towards achieving UAE National Objectives; Competitive compensation package, including annual bonus and additional benefits like child educational allowance and annual flight tickets (where eligible);Comprehensive health insurance coverage;
