As part of a lean and agile structure, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and global stakeholders, gaining exposure to high-impact commercial activities and strategic decision-making.The RoleAs Senior Analyst, Procurement – Oils & Fats, you will support the Senior Manager in managing Hershey’s $300M global sourcing portfolio for oils, fats, and coconut. Responsibilities include contract management, supplier engagement, data ownership, and reporting, alongside supporting sustainability compliance and continuous improvement projects. You’ll collaborate with internal teams across finance, supply chain, and R&D, as well as external suppliers, ensuring robust processes and strategic alignment.Who We’re Looking ForWe invite applications from professionals with a minimum of 5 years’ working with commodities, ideally with FMCG experience. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency are essential, along with the ability to manage complex data and derive insights. You’ll be adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to progress toward procurement management within a world-class global business. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.Location: Zug, Switzerland (hybrid working)
