The world's largest companies and public sector organizations trust DXC to deploy services to drive new levels of performance, competitiveness, and customer experience across their IT estates.Work Location: IOI City, PutrajayaWork Arrangement: Fully onsite, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)Main ResponsibilitiesSupport business operations by configuring systems or developing new features for Angular applicationsMonitor, analyze, and report root causes of production issues, ensuring application performance, quality, and responsivenessRecommend and implement solutions to prevent recurrence of system glitches, defects, or bugsDrive improvements in code quality and test automationAnalyze technology trends and identify opportunities to implement solutions that enhance business productivity and operationsMaintain up-to-date documentation for development and production support processes, continuously improving their effectiveness and efficiencyRequirementsMinimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a developer using Agile or Waterfall methodologiesStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including testing, code quality, and system designPrior experience as a technical lead on a projectProven front-end development expertise with a solid grasp of web technologiesProficiency in Angular and TypeScriptExperience integrating RESTful APIs into front-end applicationsFamiliarity with version control systems (preferably Git)Experience with state management libraries such as NgRxKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practicesExperience with testing frameworks such as JUnit or JasmineUnderstanding of UX/UI design principlesExperience in production support or providing technical assistance to business users is a strong advantageSoft SkillsStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of ownership and accountabilityExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholdersProficiency in English is required to effectively collaborate in a multinational, team-oriented environmentAcademic RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related fieldAlternative learning paths (e.g., coding bootcamps) may also be consideredProfessional certifications (e.g., ITIL) are a plusPreferred Industry BackgroundExperience in the Finance, Banking, or Insurance sectors is highly desirable.
