We’re looking for a technically skilled professional with a customer-first mindset to join our Aftersales team as a Senior Application Specialist, Wave.In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our global customers get the most value from the Wave PDM application. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor for our key customers, combining deep PDM knowledge with a strong understanding of their engineering and production processes. You’ll provide technical consulting and 2nd/3rd tier back-office support for selected major customers, ensuring reliable solutions and long-term customer success.You’ll also participate in process development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our PLM and PDM solutions. In addition, you’ll support customers on-site in Turku, collaborating closely with product development and support teams to deliver seamless customer experience.You will be part of our Aftersales team and report to our Manager, Cloud Infrastructure & eProducts Customer Success Sakari Lähdetie. Your work office would be our headquarters in Turku, Finland.
