These roles support and enable the building of our data platform, drive value creation from data, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in technical business analysis and experience drafting technical user stories for data teams in an agile setting.We have two fixed term opportunities available:14-month contract (maternity leave cover)24-month contract (data enablement team)Key role responsibilities: Lead the Analysis and Design: Facilitate the conversations and workshops to define, design, estimate, and schedule the ’development’ tasks required to deliver the required functionality Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for the squad, including facilitating workshops Translate business requirements into story maps, actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria Develop functional and technical specifications, including data models, use cases, and workflows. Champion user acceptance testing (UAT) process to ensure the platform meets business and technical requirements. Provide necessary guidance to the development team during implementation. Key skills and experience we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, in an Agile squad. Strong experience in banking or finance industriesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues Experienced in facilitating business and technical requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders. Experienced with large and complex modern cloud-based enterprise systems/platforms will be advantageous. An agile mindset – adaptable to change, collaboration and continuous delivery of business and customer value Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
