Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generator based in New Cairo. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, building and maintaining client databases, and initiating contact through calls, emails, or other communication channels. Additional tasks include conducting research to understand market trends, presenting tailored company solutions, and supporting sales efforts to ensure client acquisition and satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in lead generation, client outreach, and prospect managementStrong research and analytical skills to identify market opportunitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagementProficiency in CRM tools and data management systemsAbility to work independently while aligning with company objectivesKnowledge of HR outsourcing or related industries is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
