Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:Develop architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.Oversee site implementation and manage project execution in accordance with approved drawings.Prepare working drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.Work collaboratively with the design and execution teams to resolve on-site challenges.Stay updated with materials, finishes, and emerging design trends.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.Strong knowledge of interior design detailing and site execution processes.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Registered with the Council of Architecture (compulsory).
