The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of continuous professional experience within Dubai, with a proven track record in delivering tall towers and complex architectural projects through the Design Development (DD) and Issued for Construction (IFC) stages.This is a key leadership role within our design team, requiring strong technical knowledge, hands-on Revit capability, and an in-depth understanding of local authority processes. The Senior Architect will lead a team of architects and coordinate closely with the Principal Architect, ensuring design quality, compliance, and technical excellence across all project stages.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Design Development (DD) and Issued for Construction (IFC) stages of architectural projects, particularly high-rise and mixed-use developments.Supervise and mentor architectural teams, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.Coordinate design integration with structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines to achieve cohesive, buildable solutions.Prepare, review, and validate detailed drawings, BIM models, and documentation using Autodesk Revit.Manage authority submissions and liaise directly with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities to obtain timely approvals.Conduct technical reviews to ensure all designs comply with UAE codes, regulations, and best practices.Support the Principal Architect in leading design reviews, project coordination meetings, and stakeholder presentations.Actively contribute to maintaining and improving internal design standards, workflows, and BIM coordination processes.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.8–12 years of full-time professional experience within Dubai — this is mandatory.Demonstrated experience in leading teams during the DD and IFC stages of large-scale projects.Proven track record with tall towers, mixed-use, or large commercial developments.Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential).Deep understanding of Dubai authority submission procedures and local codes.Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.Excellent technical detailing and documentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience within a multidisciplinary engineering or design consultancy environment.Familiarity with BIM coordination and digital workflows.Professional registration or membership in a recognized architectural body (e.g., RIBA, AIA, or equivalent) is an advantage.Please submit /forward your CV to recruitment.mena@meinhardtgroup.com if you meet the above requirements.Good Luck
