Senior Architect (Ref:gwnAg)

We are recruiting for our client, an integrated architecture services company, a Senior Architect.ObjectivesEnsure complete coordination of allocated projects, from concept to final deliverables, through the development of integrated architectural technical solutions, compliance with regulations and budget, as well as representing the company in its relationship with clients and partners.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all stages of the project(s) assigned.Provide solutions during the Concept/Preliminary Design stage.Develop the design brief for the assigned project.Represent the company in meetings with clients, collaborators, subcontractors, and other entities involved in the design process for the projects worked on.Ensure the overall quality of project deliverables and allocated services.Coordinate specialty solutions and integrate them into the final project: architecture, structural engineering, installations, site development, etc.Develop and coordinate the necessary project-related studies (e.g., fire safety scenarios).Verify the compliance of studies forming the basis of the project (energy audit, other studies) and communicate with their authors to finalize documentation.Respect the allocated budgeted hours for the Architecture team within the project for which they are responsible.Ensure compliance with current regulations in establishing technical solutions for the architectural specialty.RequirementsExperience: 8–15 years of general professional experience.Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture.Holder of the "Right of Signature" issued by OAR (Order of Architects of Romania) for at least 5 years (signature assumption of projects is not required; this is an evaluation and knowledge validation criterion).Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar senior architect role.Experience with public works tenders is an advantage (similar experience – Project Leader, Chief Project Architect – Recommendations).Good understanding of laws, standards, and regulations applicable in Romania for the construction field and related areas.Ability to technically review projects of medium and high complexity.Ability to guide clients through technical decision-making processes and propose alternative solutions if project parameters change.Ability to contribute to specific technical aspects for solutions adapted to project requirements.Specific experience with state projects, with a focus on educational, medical, or public administrative buildings.Experience in the last 7 years in developing at least one complex project.Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, the design team, and specialists involved in the project.Ability to analyze and solve specific architectural problems, such as optimizing design for energy efficiency or adapting buildings to accessibility requirements.Competence in risk management and resolving unforeseen situations during projects.What our client is offeringMedical services subscription.Discounts at SPA and Fitness services within Orhideea SPA.Extra vacation days depending on professional experience.Access to highly skilled experts offering the latest in learning and development, including leadership, technical, and personal development training.A flexible working environment.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits.Opportunity to work with top clients on important projects.Continuous learning and improvement activities.Dynamic, international working environment.Equal Opportunity EmployerRSight® is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
