The ideal candidate will:Have 10+ years’ experience in the architectural field, with a strong portfolio of UK (or comparable Western) residential and light commercial projectsBe highly proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp familiarity is a plusDemonstrate excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work that aligns with established brand and graphic standardsBe proactive, reliable, and require minimal supervision, capable of taking project briefs and producing high-quality deliverables without excessive hand-holdingBring strong English communication skills and a constructive, collaborative attitude—able to work effectively across time zones and culturesShare an understanding of UK architecture industry expectations, standards, and client-facing professionalismBe comfortable with remote work, including regular check-ins via video and emailAssist with quality control, project documentation, and support streamlining internal processes/templatesIdeal candidates will have a genuine interest in helping a dynamic, creative entrepreneur grow her practice, and will value both technical excellence and a positive team culture.
