Our clients range from startups and scaleups to Fortune 500 companies.If your answer is “Yes”, we encourage you to apply!Who are we looking for?We are seeking a self-driven, and collaborative person with a hunter mentality who is on top of his/her sales game and enjoys the thrill of closing large, complex deals and building lasting relationships with clients. This position will be the cornerstone of the DACH sales team and lead to directing a department in a solid player/coach working environment.What are your responsibilities?In charge of sales and outbound demand generation activities on the German market.Lead and mentor a team of 2 dedicated SDRs to further accelerate outbound demand generation.Qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities in your assigned territory.Create and implement a strategic territory plan to accelerate new business acquisition.Closely collaborate with the Marketing department to implement new strategies for increasing brand awareness.Foster new partnerships to drive demand generation.Lead the efforts in complex proposals and RFP/I/Q responses.Plan and execute together with Marketing, lead generation activities such as events, webinars and campaigns for your designated territory.Complete sales reporting, tracking of opportunities in CRM, analysis of sales data, results.This role reports directly to the VP Sales for the German market.What qualifications are needed?7 years of experience in B2B sales, of which at least 3 in selling software services to German clients.Experience in selling software solutions or services in one or more of the following industries: Banking, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Telecom, Logistics, Aviation or iGaming.Proven track record of reaching quota and closing complex deals.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Experience in writing complex proposals with clearly defined value propositions.Expertise in working with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Self-driven, result-oriented, and motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills who can work independently.Storyteller who loves prospecting large accounts.Ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior executives.What would be considered as an advantage?Extensive experience in selling software services on the German market.Previous sales management experience.Experience in one or more of the following industries: BFSI, Healthcare, eCommerce, Energy & Utilities, and ICTWhat do we offer?We enjoy the flexibility to work from homeWe encourage continuous learning and development, hence we provide a multitude of training, certification, and leadership programsWe care about our people’s well-being and we make sure to include additional benefitsWe love spending time together so we have frequent teambuilding activities, events, and gatheringsWe offer you the opportunity to grow in a multinational environment by working with international teams and clientsAll applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
