OverviewWe are seeking a talented Concept Designer / Art Director to join our growing creative team. This hybrid role combines imaginative concept development with early-stage art direction to bring bold, retail-focused campaigns to life across print, digital, and experiential media.You will play a key role in defining visual identities, developing compelling concept artwork, and supporting the creative team to ensure visual consistency and creative excellence throughout all deliverables.We’re looking for a visual storyteller — someone who blends creative vision with technical precision, comfortable both brainstorming original ideas and refining the work of others.ResponsibilitiesVisual DevelopmentCollaborate with the Art Director and Creative Director to define the visual tone, mood, and style of campaigns.Produce mock-ups and campaign assets in both 2D and 3D.Concept & IdeationTranslate written or verbal briefs into strong visual concepts and campaign toolkits.Contribute original ideas that elevate the creative narrative.Style ConsistencySupport the Head of Art Direction in maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all materials.Develop and maintain visual style guides, art bibles, and reference documentation.Research & ReferenceGather visual references and conduct research to inform design decisions and strengthen visual storytelling.Iteration & FeedbackRefine designs based on direction and feedback from senior creatives.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure visual alignment across teams.Team CollaborationParticipate in creative brainstorms, design reviews, and cross-team workshops.Communicate ideas effectively through sketches, storyboards, and written notes.Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while contributing to an open, innovative team culture.Presentation & DeliveryCreate polished presentation materials, including concept boards, color keys, and design sheets for internal reviews, pitches, and client presentationsQualifications5+ years of experience as a Concept Artist, Visual Designer, or Art Director.Strong portfolio showcasing concept design, composition, lighting, and color theory.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience with Figma, After Effects, Blender, or Procreate (or equivalent).Strong visualisation skills — able to translate ideas into compelling mock-ups and immersive experiences.Familiarity with motion design, cinematography, and 3D workflows is a plus.Proven experience developing global toolkits and shopper marketing campaigns, including POS materials.Confident presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency required).Strong visual storytelling and design sensibility.Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to respond constructively to feedback.Solid understanding of brand identity, typography, and layout design principles.Ability to clearly articulate and defend creative ideas.
