Your roleAs a Senior Art Director at CBC, you will lead creative projects from briefing to concept development. You will bring your ideas to life through impactful campaigns and the creation of final assets. Your work will play a central role in translating complex B2B briefs into fresh, innovative solutions that resonate with our clients’ target audiences.
You’ll be an integral part of the team, working closely together with copywriters, account managers, and other creatives to ensure each campaign flows smoothly from ideation to execution. As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape B2B brand experiences that make a real difference. Key responsibilitiesLead creative projects from briefing to concept development, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration with copywriters and team members to align copy and visuals, elevate campaigns, and meet strategic objectives across digital, print, and social media.
Develop and create final assets that adhere to brand guidelines, campaign goals, and deliverables, collaborating closely with project managers and clients to ensure on-time and smooth project delivery. Stay up to date with the latest creative trends, digital tools, and technologies – including AI and video – to keep your work fresh and innovative, while inspiring and fostering fresh thinking within the team to unlock creative potential. Lead client presentations and confidently pitch creative concepts with clarity and passion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
What you’ll bringFive-plus years’ experience in a senior creative role at a B2B advertising agency, with a proven ability to drive projects from concept to final asset creation, thinking both strategically and creatively. A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn complex B2B briefs into creative, results-driven work across multiple channels, with an eye for detail and adherence to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma for website design, PowerPoint, and other design tools to create high-quality visuals, motion graphics, banner ads, digital content and video clipping for diverse B2B campaigns. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and pitch creative ideas to clients. Professional proficiency in English is mandatory, as it is our primary language internally and externally.
