If you're passionate about building production-grade AI systems and shaping the future of intelligent platforms, we want you on our team.Responsibility:As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll architect and deliver high-performance AI systems while mentoring engineers and collaborating across teams.Lead the design and implementation of RAG pipelines and agentic AI workflows using LLMs and structured outputs.Architect scalable, serverless AI services on AWS and Azure with robust orchestration and streaming capabilities.Optimize vector search systems and enforce secure, multi-tenant knowledge base access.Build and maintain backend AI services including token quotas, latency control, and modality safety.Drive deployment automation using Terraform/CDK and ensure secure connectivity and infrastructure.Define and integrate evaluation metrics (e.g., faithfulness, relevance, CER/WER) into CI/CD pipelines.Instrument observability tools and lead incident response with clear SLOs and dashboards.Mentor engineers and set standards for secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AI platform development.Requirements:Master’s / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field5+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade AI systemsStrong skills in Python (AI backend) and experience with .NET/Node.jsExpertise in RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph), and Vector DatabasesHands-on experience with serverless architecture, event-driven AI, and containerized workloadsFamiliarity with Generative AI, structured outputs, and AI Gateway design including token quotasExperience with multi-cloud deployments (AWS + Azure) and serverless GPU inferenceKnowledge of Terraform/CDK, open-source contributions, and secure multi-tenant architecture (RBAC, RLS, KMS)
