Role SummaryAs a Senior Executive, Artist & Label Partnership, you will work directly with artists, labels, and management teams to execute and operate fandom business initiatives on the MFan platform.You act as the bridge between artists – the platform – and the audience, ensuring that artists fully understand the value, use the platform effectively, and grow their fandoms sustainably.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the process of sourcing, approaching, and onboarding new artists and labels to the MFan platform.Work closely with artist teams (management, creative, marketing) to set up fandom pages, membership tiers, benefit systems, and launch campaigns.Monitor fandom performance metrics, including member growth, renewal rate, engagement, and revenue.Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, Creative, Ops, CS) to ensure the best experience for both artists and fans.Prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly) on each fandom’s performance and provide market insights.Support the implementation of artist campaigns, including but not limited to events, ticketing, merchandise, or co-brand campaigns related to fandom activities.Qualifications2–4 years of experience in music industry / artist management / creative agency / platform partnership / media & entertainment.Strong understanding of the Vietnamese music market, with network or insights into artists and fandoms.Excellent communication, teamwork, and partnership management skills.Proactive, logical thinker with strong organizational abilities.Preferred candidates have experience working on projects with artists or in labels, agencies, or streaming platforms.You’ll Love Working HereWork directly with artists and real fandom communities — not just communication projects.Opportunity to become a key member in the expansion phase of MMusic’s fandom business.A creative, dynamic environment at the intersection of music, tech, and fandom.
