We are a fully remote, global team (working across time zones, with our home base in Finland, GMT+2) and we work with leading studios such as Small Giant, Rovio, Fingersoft, Lightheart Entertainment, Metacore, Crazy Labs, Poki, Veikkaus, Fennica Gaming, and many more amazing companies. We are now looking for a Senior Artist to join our growing team. As an artist at Seepia, you’ll be responsible for the visual direction of our interactive ads, ensuring they look spectacular, feel intuitive, and capture the essence of each client’s brand. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and producers on small, creative projects where your art makes an immediate impact. You’ll also play an active role in exploring and applying AI tools and workflows to make our production smarter, faster, and even more creative. What you’ll do:Turn client briefs and concepts into beautiful, intuitive layouts and ad experiencesCreate and refine assets, animations, and VFX that elevate our interactive adsCollaborate with designers and developers to bring projects to life in a fast-paced environmentActively use and explore AI tools to enhance art production and improve efficiencyContribute to process and pipeline improvements, helping the team work smarterShare your expertise and inspire others through high standards and mentorship Who we think will do great in this role has:Ability to work efficiently and communicate clearly in short, client-focused projectsHands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools (for concepting, layout, or asset creation)Excellent skills in Photoshop (both image editing and digital art)Stylistic flexibility: from cute and cartoony to painterly realism or abstract visualsAn outstanding online portfolio or showreel, showcasing game screens, in-game assets, animations, and/or VFXPrevious client work experience (agency, advertising, or similar fast-paced creative work)Clear communication skills in written and spoken English We’d love if you have some of these:Solid understanding of game assets and production workflowsUI/UX design experienceExperience with animation or VFX (Spine, After Effects, or 3D)Vector graphics and graphic design expertiseA passion for interactive advertising and games What we offer:Healthy work-life balance and flexible hours – structure your work around your life, not the other way aroundA fully remote organisation without boundaries, as long as time zones allow effective collaboration (we’re based in Finland, GMT+2)A supportive, friendly team of professionals and game enthusiasts who love what they do :) We review applications continuously, so don’t hesitate to apply.
