Senior Asset Manager – Hospitality & Mixed-Use PortfolioWe are currently seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join a leading asset management firm, overseeing a diverse portfolio of hospitality, commercial, educational, and mixed-use properties across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing platform where the successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to asset management, driving operational performance, efficiency, and financial value across the portfolio.Requirements:8+ years’ experience in asset management or property management, ideally with exposure to hospitality or mixed-use assetsStrong operational and financial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities to increase value and enhance returns across assetsProven ability to implement improvements that boost performance and drive business growthExcellent attention to detail and a passion for being hands-on with assetsConfident liaising with property managers, consultants, and internal/external teamsProactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple sites and disciplinesBased in or willing to work across Dubai and Abu DhabiKey Responsibilities:Take full ownership of day-to-day performance across multiple assets, ensuring operational excellenceConduct regular site visits and oversee property management teamsIdentify and implement initiatives to enhance asset value and financial performanceMonitor budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure assets are performing at their full potentialWork collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency and improve returnsSupport business development efforts by identifying opportunities for portfolio growthWhy Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to join a leading asset management firm, managing a high-quality portfolio with significant visibility and responsibility.
