Senior/ Assistant Manager (Patient Safety Partnership & Performance)

You will support the Patient Safety Partnership and Performance unit at the Office of Patient Safety (OPSQ), in advancing institutional collaborations, publication management, faculty development and governance processes through dashboards. You will focus on operational coordination, data tracking, documentation and execution of programmes to position SGH as a regional thought leader in patient safety.Your job duties include:Assist in coordinating internal and external partnership activities, learning sessions and regional network engagementsProvide administrative and logistics support in forums/ workshops/ learning exchangesSupport publication tracking and coordinate with contributors in submissionsMaintain the faculty and appointment holder databaseTrack participation and progress of patient safety related training and conferences, prepare conference briefing materials and post-event documentationProvide secretariat support in Patient Safety Council and OPSQ meetingsProvide support in data collection, documentation and logistics for improvement projectsAssist in coordinating OPSQ's events and communication initiativesRequirements:Degree in Healthcare Administration/ Public Health/ Life Sciences or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant work experienceExperience in healthcare/ patient safety administration will be an advantageStrong writing and documentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in dashboards or data visualization preferredAble to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
