What It's AboutWe are looking for a Senior Assistant to support senior leadership in Partners Group's Product Solutions Department in Zug, Switzerland.Duties & Responsibilities Assist Department Head (Partner) with his daily organizational tasks. Additionally, support broader senior leadership team in the Department Calendar management of internal and external meetings, conferences, and calls Assist with events and offsites organization and coordination Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings, using Concur and with an external agency; prepare itinerary and logistics in Outlook and process expense reports Prepare presentation materials and documents for meetings (including packages for the Executive Team and Board of Directors), assemble and print meeting agendas and hand-outs Maintain, file and execute contracts Maintain and update data in internal databases and systems Review, cross-reference, format and assemble power point presentations in accordance with corporate design standards Other administrative tasks as necessary What We ExpectMinimum of 4 years of administrative support experience working in a professional environment for a medium to large corporate entity, including support for executive and senior management Bachelor's degree or 'KV Lehre' with comparable number of years' experience Proficient in MS Office Suite, and demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new skills related to new applications Ability to work proactively, handle a large number of tasks while meeting deadlines, and perform well under pressure Organized with high attention to detail Professional attitude with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and enthusiastic team player contributing to strong administrative support team Proficient English in writing and speaking, German is a plus What We Offer Learn the business from some of the world’s leading private markets experts Fast-paced entrepreneurial and international working environment with the possibility and expectation to create significant impact from day one Challenging, rewarding career within a growing company Collaborative environment, with on-the-job training and mentorship opportunities Frequent interaction and visibility to senior management Competitive salary with performance-oriented compensation models Long-term career perspectives 25 vacation days and one-month sabbatical after every five years of service www.partnersgroup.comPlease be aware, fraudsters may pose as Partners Group recruiters.
