Senior Associate - Corporate Finance

We are hiring SENIOR ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE FINANCE to join our team.To assist with these efforts, you will amongst others, conduct financial analysis, develop financial models, and conduct industry and market research.ResponsibilitiesTake an active role in structuring and executing transactions and deals.Participate in all aspects of the deal execution process, including due diligence, negotiations, managing stakeholders, and financial modeling.Identity issues, structure work plans, form hypotheses, synthesize conclusions, make presentations and help implement change.Perform and oversee work activities relating to financial modeling, valuations, financial analysis, industry and market research, market dynamics, and creation of presentation materials.Support all areas of client/business development goals.Lead a team of equally motivated and driven analysts by developing coaching and guiding a team.QualificationsMaster's degree or at least Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from a reputable institution of higher learning (e.g. With a minimum grade of Second Class Upper, or CGPA score of 3.5 and above or CFA, ACCA) are desirable and an added advantage.At least 3 years of professional working experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, Investment Banking, Audit, Private Equity, Consultancy, or related fields is required for Senior Associate position.Diligent and highly motivated, commercially savvy with a passion for structuring innovative propositions and delivering value-added solutions for our clients.Currently undertaking CFA or highly motivated and interested to undertake CFA.
