Reconcile invoiced information with payment data accurately and timely.Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvementsAppropriate handling of sensitive information,High level of attention to detailResponds to inquiries regarding policies and proceduresAct as primary problem solver concerning cash and duty shipment discrepanciesCreate and maintain tracking reports in relation to country ageing performancePrepare weekly outstanding open item reportonly timely mannerProvide support for internal projectstransition/ centralizationParticipate in internal and/or external meeting with all stakeholdersAble to investigate and resolve queries according to Service Line Agreements.Contribute to capture potential Revenue Leakagefor shipment with discrepanciesUniversity Degree or equivalent by experienceWell verse with Microsoft Excel and SAP.At least 1.5 year experience in similar positionGood communication in English: Oral and WrittenAbility to analyze with logical thinking process.Attention to details and able to meet tight deadlineAble to work on evening shift, public holidays or weekend when requiredEngage, communicate and build network with the AR, RTR, Billing, BPO teamsCustomer orientedProcess oriented and able to work under pressureTeam Player and highly collaborative
