Senior Associate, Administration This role involves diverse duties within the Facilities Management team to ensure smooth operation and optimisation of the office facilities including procurement, contractor liaison, lease management, sustainability development, workspace planning and office renovations. ResponsibilitiesAnalyse usage trends, support office automation and work process improvements, coordinate the implementation of initiatives for efficient administration.Coordinate office renovations, upgrading and sustainability projects, maintenance and upkeep of office facilities.Administer access cards, building security systems and telephone lines/equipment for onboarding and offboarding of employees.Assist with property related insurance procurement, lease management and documentation. Perform any other administrative tasks/projects assigned from time to time. RequirementsDiploma, preferably in Facilities Management / Office Administration or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.Strong skills in process automation and sustainable practices will be advantageous. A responsible, resourceful and adaptable team player who can work independently with high level of initiative.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Meticulous with good organisational skills and ability to multitask.--We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
