Senior Associate / Asst Finance Manager

An established PERE seeking for a Senior Associate / Asst Finance Manager to join their team focuses on Accounting & Reporting, and Statutory and Compliance. This role provides business partnering exposure, and travel opportunity across APAC.Review and analyze financial reporting packs prepared by outsourced service providers.Provide monthly profit and loss, as well as balance sheet analysis and commentaries.Manage timely month-end closing processes and reconciliations for revenue, expenses, accounts payable/receivable, and intercompany transactions..Handle full sets of financials for property and investment holding entities.Update cash flow and loan schedules; prepare loan repayments and related journal entries.Collaborate with business units, overseas counterparts, investors, and external parties (trustees, tax agents, etc.).Review quarterly GST returns and half-yearly forecasts Work closely with external auditors for annual audits and with tax agents for tax compliance matters. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a recognized professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA).Min. 5 years of relevant experience.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, .interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
