Senior Associate – Data Management, Supply Chain Excellence

Overview: A leading entertainment development company in Saudi Arabia is embarking on an ambitious program to build 22 state-of-the-art entertainment destinations, including two major theme parks. These venues will feature world-class attractions and experiences designed to elevate guest entertainment. The organization’s procurement function is actively supporting multiple projects across the portfolio and is now seeking experienced consultants to provide short-term support and strengthen the team’s capacity across key initiatives. This role offers the chance to shape how data drives strategic supply chain decisions within a high-performing business support environment. As part of the Supply Chain Excellence team, the position focuses on building, optimizing, and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that turn complex data into actionable insights for business leaders. The Role: The Senior Associate, Data Management, will be responsible for designing and managing data solutions that improve visibility and decision-making across supply chain operations. Reporting to the Associate Director of Supply Chain Excellence, this role requires a balance of analytical rigor, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver meaningful reporting and performance analytics. Responsibilities: Gather, validate, and maintain accurate supply chain data from multiple systems. Develop and manage interactive Power BI dashboards aligned with business KPIs. Build automated, self-service reporting tools for business and operations teams. Analyze and monitor performance metrics such as demand accuracy, lead times, and procurement efficiency. Provide root cause analysis, variance tracking, and actionable insights for leadership. Partner with internal stakeholders in finance, operations, and IT to align on reporting requirements. Define and uphold data governance standards, ensuring consistency, privacy, and quality. Continuously improve data visualization, automation, and Power BI performance while adopting new AI-driven features and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Reporting Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst. Strong proficiency in Power BI development, including DAX, visualization, and storytelling. Skilled in managing large datasets, data cleansing, and data pipeline integration. Understanding of supply chain KPIs and business metrics. Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic. Nice to Have: Familiarity with data governance principles and compliance frameworks. Experience with ERP systems and intranet-based reporting portals. Knowledge of risk management frameworks within business intelligence. Salary: Competitive compensation based on experience.
