Senior Associate, Debt Capital Markets

JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVEResponsible for debt capital markets related work, which include amongst others, deal structuring, execution work and advising clients on bond/sukuk related matters.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Execute Mandates SecuredReview due diligence and execution documents, correspondences, etc.Prepare and review relevant documents for lodgments and issuance of bonds/sukuk.Liaise with external parties including legal advisors, reporting accountants, and regulators.Conduct cash flow and credit analysis.Manage client relationships.2. Prepare and Structure Financing ProposalsPrepare and present proposals for fund-raising strategies and corporate exercises.Perform financial modeling and assessment.Structure financing proposals.JOB REQUIREMENTSDegree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Legal (preferred).Capital Markets Services Representative's License.Internship in a related field (e.g., finance/accounting).Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in investment banking, banking, finance, and/or accounting.
