About team: You will be responsible for enhancing the perception of the mass workforce about SPX, including riders & Hub & Sorting Centers workforce. This role will drive effective communication strategies to highlight the contributions of frontline workers & promote SPX as a top of mind choice for mass workforce through impactful awareness & engagement activation programs.Job description:Develop and execute strategies, campaigns to position SPX as a desirable place to work, aimed at attracting & retaining SPX’s workforce Create compelling content that highlights the rewarding nature of roles at SPX and builds trust with potential workforce by addressing key concerns (e.g., job conditions, earnings transparency).Increase SPX’s visibility & commitment to its workforce through targeted campaigns that promote a positive company culture and work environment, both online and offline.Lead activation to strengthen SPX’s recruitment activities online and offline presence by engaging with local communities, online platforms where potential workforce are most active.Job requirement:Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 years of working experience in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fieldStrong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities to create engaging contents across multiple channels, familiar with social media, internal communications. Empathetic & collaborative, with a genuine interest in supporting and promoting the mass workforce.Self-starter, team-work spirit, enjoy working with people and working in a fast-paced environment is a must. Preferably candidates in eCommerce, Express, E-Logistics, Rider Hailing industries and in the field of communication and service-industries.
