In this role, you will work closely with the team to evaluate and implement Finance-wide developmental programs which aim to attract, develop, and manage our talent pool with Sea Finance.Job Description:Learning Strategy & Execution: Plan, manage and implement L&D initiatives, including Learning Needs Analysis and competency frameworksContent Development and Instructional Design: Develop impactful training content, particularly in soft skills and leadership topics. Apply instructional design and adult learning principles across in-person, blended, and eLearning formatsTraining Delivery: Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to employees at various levels, using varied delivery methods to ensure relevance, interactivity, and applicationProject Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills to manage multiple L&D programs concurrently, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder coordination and successful deliveryLearning Collaboration: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to diagnose learning needs and curate relevant training solutionsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant fieldMinimum 6 years of experience in Learning & Development with ability to deliver training across diverse topics; experience in eLearning development is a plusStrong proficiency in content creation, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and results orientationExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersProactive and self-driven, capable of working independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentA fast learner with strong coordination abilities and project management expertiseHighly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
