They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. In deal valuation at PwC, you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Role and Responsibilities: Taking part in different stages of Financing/ Business plan development/Market research/ Financial modelling / Valuation projectsCarrying out financial analysis of company's historic results and projections, conducting industry researchPreparing and delivering financial modelsReport writing and checkingCoaching junior staff (for a Senior Associate)Knowledge and Education:Bachelor/Master’s degree desirably in finance/economics1-2 years of relevant experience (3-4 years for a Senior Associate) in a Bank/Private Equity/internal Corporate Finance Department/BIG4 or Local Valuation firmKnowledge of valuation methodology and techniques: DCF, market approachKnowledge of financial accounting, good understanding of IFRSIT skills: advanced MS Excel (capable of developing financial models and run regressions), Power Point userStrong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skillsCFA, ASA, ACCA or DipIFR certification is a plusExcellent writing and financial modelling skillsFast learner, team player with strong communication skillsAbility to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to detailGood written and spoken Russian/English
