About The TeamThe Research Associate will be responsible for analyzing operational and internal data on a daily basis to uncover insights that improve our logistics network and the satisfaction of Sellers & Buyers. This role combines operational data analysis with market/user research to directly support decision-making in logistics and operations.Job DescriptionManage research requests, with a focus on logistics-related topics: taking briefs, clarifying objectives, designing research, managing fieldwork, delivering reports (qualitative/quantitative) & other administrative.Conduct desk/field research for competitor/market intelligence on logistics models, service levels, pricing, rider operations….Monitor and analyze various sources of data (from seller & buyer internal data, external survey, interviews, or social listening data) to capture seller & buyer sentiment; integrate findings to provide a fuller view of operational challenges & opportunities.Lead cross-functional alignment by driving coordination across internal teams, external stakeholders, and strategic partners to ensure organizational priorities, project roadmaps, and key objectives are clearly defined, synchronized, and executed effectively with minimum of senior guidance. Manage and track budgets and resources to ensure efforts comply with project/study guidelinesOther tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.RequirementsBA / BS/ Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 4 years of work experienceAt least 2 years of work experience in Market Research, Consulting, or PMO (having working experience for logistics companies such as GHN/GHTK/VTP/Grab/ Be/ competitors is a plus)Strong business acumen, sharp logical thinking, and a solid quantitative mindset – must be able to translate messy operational data into clear, actionable insights.Advanced proficiency in Excel (functions, pivot, advanced formulas) and Power Query for data cleaning, processing, and analysis; these will be your daily tools.Extremely detail-oriented and disciplined when working with data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and credibility of all project outputs.Ability in conducting interviews with effective communication to uncover insightsExcellent command of English with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.Highly meticulous and organized; able to coordinate across multiple teams and work under pressure.Hands-on, with strong project management abilities and willingness to dive into operational details.Driven, resilient, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
