This is a rare opportunity to take on a key role in scaling clean infrastructure and utility-scale renewable projects across Europe.Key Responsibilities:Source and execute investments across solar, wind, storage, and related sectorsLead financial modelling, valuation analysis, and preparation of investment materialsDrive due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiationsOversee development progress and monitor portfolio asset performanceLiaise with developers, financiers, advisors, and internal stakeholdersRequirements:4–8 years’ experience in private equity, M&A, or infrastructure investmentProven ability to lead and execute transactions independentlyStrong modelling, valuation, and deal execution expertiseSector experience in energy or infrastructure preferredFluent English; German is a strong plus
