Position: Senior Automation Engineer (Pharma/Biotech)Compensation: CHF 110,000–130,000 + Bonus + Career ProgressionLocation: Basel, SwitzerlandAbout the RoleH&P has been engaged by a leading Automation and Engineering consultancy within the Pharma and Biotech sector to find an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join their growing team in Basel.This is a hands-on, senior-level role for someone who enjoys both the technical and leadership sides of automation projects. You’ll start by taking ownership of system optimisation and validation work, ensuring systems perform reliably and meet strict regulatory standards. As you settle in, you’ll move into managing full project lifecycles from scoping and design through to delivery and validation while supporting and guiding junior engineers along the way.The business works with some of the most innovative pharmaceutical manufacturers worldwide and is known for delivering technically excellent, compliant, and future-focused automation solutions.
