Senior Automation Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Automation Engineer who can design, program, test, and optimize advanced automation solutions across manufacturing and engineering processes.🔧 What You’ll DoDesign and develop automation and control systems to enhance efficiency and reliability.Program and integrate PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and actuators for industrial applications.Simulate and test automated processes to ensure performance and safety compliance.Troubleshoot, debug, and validate system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, IT, etc.) for seamless system integration.Create and maintain detailed documentation — from design to maintenance guidelines.Mentor junior engineers and lead continuous improvement initiatives.🎯 What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Industrial, or Automation Engineering.8+ years of experience in automation system design, implementation, or industrial controls.Hands-on experience with PLC/HMI programming, control systems integration, and process optimization.Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to system improvement.Exposure to AI, robotics, or advanced automation technologies is a plus.
