Senior Automation Quality Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Mobile apps (React Native), Web applications, and APIs.Initiate and support backend performance testing.Set up and manage CI pipelines to integrate automated tests into the development lifecycle.Ensure test coverage and quality metrics are met across platforms.Participate in code reviews and contribute to test strategy discussions.Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to stabilize tests.Work independently while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team-wide quality initiatives.REQUIREMENTRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in test automation across Mobile, Web, and API.Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript or Java.Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices. (e.g., Playwright, Appium, WebdriverIO)Experience with CI/CD tools with the ability to integrate automated testing into deployment workflows.Familiarity with mobile device farms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).A proactive mindset and a passion for quality engineering in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience automating React Native applications using tools like Appium or Detox.Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., k6, Gatling) is a plus.
