Join our R&D team as a Senior Automation Test Engineer and lead the charge in transforming our testing strategy through cutting-edge automation. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Automation Strategy: Own and drive the automation testing process across our flagship cloud-based platform.Build & Optimize Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks that ensure speed, reliability, and scalability.Mentor & Inspire: Guide a team of quality engineers, instilling best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, product owners, and analysts to ensure seamless integration of testing into the development lifecycle.Innovate with Purpose: Research and evaluate new tools and technologies, delivering proof-of-concepts that push the boundaries of automation.Essential RequirementsExperience: 7+ years in automation testing, with deep expertise in C# (preferred) or Java.Technical Mastery: Strong grasp of OOP, file handling, DB operations, and test scripting.Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps.Agile Mindset: Solid understanding of STLC and Agile methodologies.Version Control: Comfortable with Git, SVN, or CVS and working in Visual Studio.Certifications: ISTQB/ISEB certification required.Desired Skills And CompetenciesJavaScript experience for UI testingCross-browser automation expertiseExperience designing and optimizing test automation frameworksStrong coaching and leadership abilitiesExcellent time management and ownership mindsetMotivated By Our Values & Vision, We Are Driving The Digital Transformation Of Our Customers - For a More Digital, Efficient And Sustainable Engineering And Construction Industry. “Building Better Together” Is More Than Just a Slogan For Us.
