You will combine hands-on engineering with leadership to optimize build and release processes and foster collaboration between development and operations. Join us to contribute to a critical system where your expertise will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.Please note that working from the customer's office in Bucharest is required 3 days per week.ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsLead initiatives to improve build automation, testing integration, and deployment efficiencyEnhance infrastructure-as-code templates with Terraform, Bicep, or ARMMaintain high availability, security, and compliance across Azure environmentsCollaborate with development and architecture teams to establish DevOps best practicesIdentify and resolve issues in builds, releases, and environments proactivelyMentor junior DevOps engineers and support process improvement effortsRequirements4+ years of experience in DevOps, build engineering, or cloud operationsExpertise in Azure DevOps services, including Repos, Pipelines, and ArtifactsSkills in scripting and automation with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or GroovyExperience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARMUnderstanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud networking conceptsExperience incorporating security and compliance into CI/CD workflows (DevSecOps)Strong communication skills for leading cross-functional technical discussionsUpper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)Nice to haveExperience with Kafka and event-driven or real-time data processing systemsFamiliarity with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or JenkinsBackground in financial services or regulated enterprise environmentsWe offerWe believe that the greatest strength of the company is its people.
