Our ambition is to offer customers a wide variety of products – from supermarkets and florists to toys, books, and more.What you’ll be doingAs an Senior B2B Sales Manager/Enterprise Sales Manager in our retail team, you’ll drive the growth of Wolt’s retail offering by acquiring strategic partnerships with new merchants. You’ll work closely with prospects, customers, and internal teams to shape offerings that meet business needs, while representing Wolt as a trusted partner in the retail space.Your day-to-day will include:Defining a sales strategy to achieve targets set by the management teamBuilding and systematically managing a pipeline of potential partnershipsDeveloping a strong understanding of the competition and the retail market across different verticals (health & beauty, electronics, florists etc.), and knowing which partners are “must-haves” for WoltTargeting new retail partners in line with company strategy and market objectivesBuilding strong relationships with decision-makersManaging the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract, including technical, legal, and financial aspectsSetting clear expectations and managing relationships throughout the processDrive business development by identifying innovative solutions to create value for both Wolt and our partners.Our humble expectationsWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and knows how to sell complex solutions to a wide range of stakeholders.
