Requirements: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Python development - a must Deep understanding of microservices architecture and hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures Proven ability to design and implement complex, distributed systems at scale Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of autonomy Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders Demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making and mentoring team members "Can-do" attitude with a passion for innovation and driving results Advantages: Familiarity with C# and .NET environments Background in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Exposure to infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
