Senior Backend Developer (Strong EN)

I. Job DescriptionThe role focuses on building and optimizing data ingestion and migration pipelines, handling unstructured data, and designing efficient database solutions (SQL & NoSQL) on Linux-based environments. Experience with IoT/embedded data pipelines is a strong plus.Design and implement scalable, stable, and secure backend solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with cloud environments.Optimize and maintain existing codebases to ensure high performance and reliability.Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with coding standards.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practicesII. Job RequirementsMust-have:4+ years backend development experience; proficient in Python or C/C++.Good English communication skillsExperience with big data / data migration projects and unstructured data handling.Strong database design & optimization skills for SQL and NoSQL.Comfortable in Linux: filesystem, shell scripting, log handling, and performance tuning.Experience with streaming and batch processing tools (Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, Flink, or similar).Proven experience implementing multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous processing safely and efficiently.Demonstrated skills in performance optimization (I/O, memory, CPU profiling, GC tuning) and capacity planning. 2. Nice-to-have:Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, IAM, Kinesis, Lambda).Experience with on-premise DevOps and deployments (Windows/Linux servers, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Ansible) and hybrid on-prem ⇄ cloud setups.IoT / embedded data processing experience (MQTT, intermittent network handling, edge buffering).Experience with time-series databases and columnar formats (TimescaleDB, InfluxDB, Parquet, Avro).Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).Observability & monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, tracing).Good testing and CI/CD practices (unit/integration tests, automated pipelines).III.
