As a team member, you will collaborate on microservices development, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions while actively contributing to the delivery process owned by the client.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design, development, and implementation of microservices using Kotlin and Spring BootPerform hands-on delivery and code reviews to ensure high-quality standardsDrive the technical landscape including solution design, operations, and business alignment with stakeholdersImplement and maintain infrastructure solutions with Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure IAASBuild and manage data storage solutions utilizing MongoDB and other noSQL databasesIntegrate event-streaming platforms such as Kafka into the microservices architectureWork collaboratively with the product owner, architects, and team members to meet project goalsOptimize CI/CD pipelines and workflows using Github Actions for streamlined deploymentsSecure high-speed and reliable delivery within Agile Scrum processesFoster effective communication and collaboration across internal and external teamsHandle complex problem-solving while ensuring tech solutions align with business prioritiesRequirements8+ years of hands-on experience in software development with expertise in Kotlin, Java, and Spring BootProficiency in microservices architecture and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and AKSIn-depth knowledge of NoSQL databases including MongoDB and similar solutionsExpertise in event-driven systems using KafkaFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and DevOps practicesBackground in Azure IAAS implementation and cloud infrastructure operationsUnderstanding of system design and scalable application frameworksCapability to prioritize and oversee technical operations in alignment with business objectivesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (B2+ level)Nice to haveKnowledge of GraphQL and its integration within microservicesShowcase of experience working in retail or similar fast-paced industriesFamiliarity with other cloud platforms alongside AzureUnderstanding of performance optimization techniques for distributed systemsWe offerWe believe that the greatest strength of the company is its people.
