The product helps verify and certify selected goods within global sustainability standards, supporting transparency and responsible production.Our cross-functional team includes .NET developers, automation testers, a DevOps engineer and a Dataverse engineer. We’re looking for a skilled .NET Developer who wants to take part in a meaningful project, contribute to a high-quality codebase and collaborate closely with an international team.Position – How You’ll ContributeDesigning and building new features and solutions from the ground upCreating Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical spikes, and validating ideasReplacing old systems with new architecture — not maintaining legacy codePerforming code reviews and sharing best practicesParticipating in shaping product architecture and technical directionCollaborating with other senior/principal developers, testers, BAs, Product Owners, and Scrum MastersSupporting the team with your knowledge, experience, and technical leadershipQualificationsExpectations – the experience you needAt least 4+ years of commercial experience in C# and .NET CoreExperience with Azure DevOps tools and CI/CD processesSolid understanding of software design principles, patterns (e.g., SOLID, DDD), and clean code practicesExperience creating tests (unit, integration, ideally also component or contract tests)Practical experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB, NHibernate, Entity Framework, Azure Storage)Additional Skills – The Edge You HaveKnowledge of front-end technologies: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Git — although in the project you’ll be working closely with a dedicated front-end developerExperience designing new systems or working on greenfield projectsFamiliarity with event-driven architecture and distributed systemsKnowledge of cloud solutions, especially AzureWillingness to share knowledge, mentor other developers, and actively participate in technical discussionsAdditional InformationOur offer – professional development, personal growth Flexible employment and remote work International projects with leading global clients Non-corporate atmosphere Language classes Internal & external training Private healthcare and insurance Multisport card Well-being initiatives Position at: Software Mind Poland
