This role requires mastery in Python, Django/Flask, and/or C#, Postgres/MSSQL, and Git, and focuses on strategic technical decision-making.Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and development of high-performance backend systems. Set coding standards and lead code reviews. Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science. 4+ years of backend development experience. Expertise in Python, Django/Flask, and/or .NET C#, Postgres/MSSQL, and Git. Proven experience in leading large-scale software development projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Perfect English Language is a Must.
