Senior BI Analyst

With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the role:As a Senior BI Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for one of the Ciklum’s client who develops a system designed to enhance learning, streamline school operations, and connect students, teachers, and parents in a unified digital environment. It provides real-time academic insights, and seamless integration with key educational tools.The candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI and will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable data reporting solutions.Responsibilities:Communicate findings effectively through clear data storytelling and visualizationBuild, publish, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reportsLead the creation of use cases and performance dashboards as part of the Data StrategyResponsible for the implementation and development of data visualisationsAccountable for designing data engineering structures necessary to support BI initiativesResponsible for data integration management between core business applications, data lakes, etcOwns one or more key infrastructure components and works to continually improve them, identifying gaps and improving the platform’s quality, robustness, maintainability, and speedCross-trains other team members on technologies being developed while continuously learning new technologies from other team membersInteracts with engineering teams and ensures that solutions meet customer requirementsCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insightsRequirements: 5+ years of experience within the Business Intelligence or Data Science field with a focus on Data Visualization and Data Analytics5+ years’ experience with Data Visualization tools - Power BI3+ years of expertise in cloud data platforms (Azure)Good knowledge of data analysis in enterprises.
